What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is a completely natural state of mind. For most, it is a feeling of deep relaxation and ease, while some may experience a tranquil floating sensation. It is important to note that what you feel during a session is not an indication of the effectiveness of the therapy. Simply relax into the process- there is no right or wrong way to feel during hypnosis.
Will I still be in control in the RTT session?
Being under hypnosis is a natural state of mind where you are always aware, safe and in control. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will while under hypnosis.
How long does it take?
RTT sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. We will begin with an initial phone consultation before scheduling the session. Following our session, you will receive a personalised recording that you are required to listen to for a minimum of 21-30 days, amplifying the transformative effects.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes that are traumatic in any way, it is important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it, and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions, and then be able to heal.
How quickly will I experience the changes?
Every individual responds uniquely to RTT. Transformation can occur in 3 ways following a session:
- Immediate Shift: you will notice an immediate change, experiencing a shift in physiology, thoughts and behaviours right away.
- Incremental Progress: you will observe consistent shifts daily or over time.
- Retroactive Recognition: Changes may not be immediately apparent, and then one day you will look back and see all the things that are different in your life.
How many sessions will I need?
Whit the potent techniques of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), most issues can be resolved in as little as 1-3 sessions. More complex concerns may require additional sessions.
Are online sessions as effective as face-to face sessions?
Absolutely. In many cases, online sessions can be even more effective than face-to-face. Clients often find it easier to relax and engage in the comfort of their own homes, facilitating a deeper transformative experience.
