How does RTT work?

By utilising regression under hypnosis and other powerful techniques used within RTT, we revisit significant events in a safe and non-threatening way. Through this process, we redefine the meaning attached to these events, empowering you to break free from their hold. 

At the end of our session, you will receive a personalised transformational recording to listen to for a minimum of 21 days. This powerful tool rewires your beliefs and establishes positive neural pathways, supporting your transformational journey.
